USAA AppX - Design and Testing

AppX Policy Pages
USAA's App experience had been due for an upgrade. My team was responsible for the Property and Casualty side of the app, meaning we would be handling the policy pages for Car Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, Renter's Insurance, Condo Insurance, Rental Property Insurance, and Umbrella Insurance. All the pages were developed using USAA's new design system, Reveille, and are formatted for both iOS mobile and tablet, as well as Android. Experiences were designed in Sketch, presented and tested with through Invision and Userzoom, and are currently being developed by our in-house team.

AppX Testing and Finalization
Once a policy experience was in the works, we would test its different features using Userzoom to conduct user studies. Test would include flows to find certain information or making adjustments to a policy. Our testers would note any pain points. We would watch and listen to their tests as well as review their marked answers to check for consistency and accuracy, and then compile the results into a presentation. We would then present the results to our business clients, and use it as leverage to either keep a page the same or make changes.
Due to most of the experiences not being live yet, and the presentations being internal, I cannot post these items here at this time. I would be happy to present and discuss all the tests I facilitated and showcase more of the design work if given the opportunity for an interview.
